No Service Without Signature: While these Terms & Conditions govern the general use of our website and preliminary interactions, Artkala Production will not commence any billable work, creative services, or production activities until a specific Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) has been physically or digitally signed by both the Client and an authorized representative of Artkala Production.

A. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Artkala Production website, requesting a quote, or engaging with our creative content, you (“Client,” “User,” or “You”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.
B. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights
Company IP: All content on our website, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and DIY tutorials, is the exclusive property of Artkala Production and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Client Deliverables: Ownership of the final video, design, or creative assets produced for the Client will be transferred to the Client only upon full payment of all agreed fees, subject to the specific terms outlined in your signed Service Agreement.
Raw Files: Unless explicitly stated in the Service Agreement, Artkala Production retains ownership of all raw footage, project files, and unedited drafts.
C. Payment Terms
Invoicing: Invoices will be issued according to the schedule agreed upon in the signed Service Agreement.
Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of [Insert %] per month.

A. For Video Production (Ads, Music Videos, Fashion Shoots)
Revisions: The number of edit revisions is strictly limited to the amount specified in the signed SOW. Additional revisions are billed at an hourly rate.
Location & Permits: Unless otherwise agreed, the Client is responsible for securing location permits.
Talent: Fees for actors, models, or voice-over artists are separate from production fees unless bundled in the quote.
B. For Digital Media & Content Publishing
Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy in our DIY and educational content, Artkala Production is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the user’s attempt to replicate projects.
User-Generated Content: If you submit content to us, you grant Artkala Production a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content.
C. For Brand Consultation & Agency Services
Confidentiality: We agree to keep all Client proprietary strategies and data confidential.
Non-Solicitation: During the term of the agreement and for [Number] months thereafter, the Client agrees not to hire Artkala Production employees directly.
